Rząd ma wprowadzić nowe rodzaje lokat, w które mają inwestować fundusze emerytalne nie powiększając długu publicznego.

Szef doradców premiera, Michał Boni, zapewnie, że pod koniec kwietnia podane szczegóły nowelizacji ustawy dotyczącej OFE. W ustawie mają być zawarte nowe kategorie lokat dla funduszy, m.in. obligacje infrastrukturalne czy instrumenty mające wspierać rynek kredytów hipotecznych.

Takie instrumenty finansowe mają być bezpieczne,  nie wpłyną na zwiększenie się  długu publicznego.

Nie jest to jednak nowy pomysł.Już dziś OFE mogą inwestować w takie instrumenty. Kłopotem jest jednak zbyt mała podaż oraz niewłaściwa wycena ryzyka.

Obecnie listy zastawne mogą emitować jedynie trzy banki hipoteczne. Możliwie lepszym rozwiązaniem byłaby możliwość emisji listów także prze banki uniwersalne.

W przypadku obligacji infrastrukturalnych jest tak, że fundusze już w nie inwestują . Są to np. papiery emitowane przez BGK (obligacje drogowe) na rzecz Krajowego Funduszu Drogowego czy też obligacje przychodowe emitowane przez spółki wodno-kanalizacyjne z Bydgoszczy lub Łodzi.

W przyszłości ma być również rozszerzony wachlarz dostępnych instrumentów finansowych, m.in. o inwestycje zagraniczne, do których mobilizuje wymóg ratingu dla akcji.

  Oh, there's so much to be angry about here, but I'm glad there are people like you puntitg posts like these together.While I am most certainly an advocate of fiscal prudence, I can't stand any government that thinks it belongs in my bedroom.
